Beginners Tactics for Pai Gow Poker

Double-hand Poker is a cutting-edge game with ancient ancestry. Built on the ancient Chinese tile game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the eastern with the western in a great game for starting players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player vs. the croupier, not like nearly all other poker games that gamblers compete against other players. By betting against the dealer, new players don’t have to be concerned about any other, more skillful individuals taking their money.

One more Pai Gow advantage is the generally slow game play, beginners should be able to take their time and strategize without having to make quick decisions.

It’s also easier to gamble on for a long time with basically a small amount of money since, to not win, both of your hands must be lower than both of the houses hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The gambler is dealt 7 cards face up and the dealer gets seven cards face down.

A five card hand and a 2 card hand have to be made from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be stronger than the two card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be larger than the houses.
